Meet Joe Halloran
Joe
Halloran, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I’m Joe! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner passionate about helping people feel more steady, clear, and in control of their lives.
I earned my Master’s degree in nursing from Northern Kentucky University and have experience in inpatient psychiatry and substance use treatment settings. Working in higher-acuity environments taught me how to assess complex cases thoughtfully and develop practical, individualized treatment plans that translate into real-world improvement.
I treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, personality disorders, and substance use disorders. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and grounded in respect. I take time to understand the full picture — not just symptoms, but stressors, strengths, patterns, and goals — so care feels personalized rather than rushed or one-size-fits-all.
My goal isn’t just symptom reduction. It’s helping you feel more stable, focused, resilient, and confident in your daily life.
